Topic: Bakersfield, CA 4/25/16

Such a fun time in Bakersfield last night. Show was awesome, Joe really seemed to be enjoying himself and crowd loved it. Wonderful meet up beforehand with many Bonabuddies. Had a good spot for filming and sound, 8th row center, just a few heads in the way from time to time, but no big deal with that. Nice spot because didn't need to use a lot of zoom and no vibration distortions. Got some closeups on Joe's hands in a few songs. Memory card filled up on "Love Ain't A Love Song" which just killed me because it was right at the end of Joe's killer solo. Turned out I had a bunch of the cruise still on it and didn't realize. Rushed to delete a bunch of stuff and was able to catch the next song with just a little cut to Reese's solo at the beginning. Same set list as Long Beach.

I had third row a few years ago when Joe was here. And I had second row in 2013. Then my wife went into labor 3 hours before show time and I missed the concert!

We are in Row M, seats 9-10 close to you Jim. Plan is to meet up in the Doubletree atrium eating area about 6 pm for drinks and pupus. We can stroll to the show from there.

We are eating dinner at the double-tree at 6:30-ish. I'll have a pregnant woman with me (my wife). :-) And we are meeting some other friends there. Look for you at the DT. My seats are actually in row O as I forgot that I switched seats to be more in the middle of the venue.
