Topic: Hot Diggity Dang! "Royal Spotlight" Lithograph!

I've been very patient, passing on some of the recent lithographs, hoping for The One to add to my collection, and my patience was rewarded, in spades!

The new litho, "Royal Spotlight," shows Joe playing one of my favorite guitars, so I bought it the moment I got the email notification. Happier than a clam at high tide right now...  big_smile

This one struck me too in the right way. Too bad no room is still in the mix. I'd have to add another wing.

Sadly, the lot is at 100% coverage by code. I have a ton of various kinds of art covering all the walls and Joe's is the priciest. Two lithos and a rare framed poster of BCC signed by the band are it.

I took a (strictly amateur hour) photo of it hanging on the wall in my guitar room (you can probably see the "Flying V" litho hanging on the opposite wall in the reflection). It has been awhile since I posted an image link, so I hope this works: http://tinyurl.com/j9bzs7h

Time to start thinking about what to bring to the meet & greet for Joe to autograph...  big_smile

No way to be sure other than to ask Joe, I guess, but the COA says the photo used for the lithograph was taken at the Royal Albert Hall show on March 30, 2013...

I'm going to imagine it's the same guitar even if it isn't, in no small part because my seat in Sioux City on that 2014 tour was so close to the stage I could have worked the Bigsby myself if Joe had needed me to...  big_smile
