Joe seems to be coming or is already at a point that some artist don't reach until there 50s or later. He has put out more albums then some major rock bands. You can hear him talk in interviews and he really tries to find a balance with hits and new songs. Of course your going to get a couple request for rarities.
I think sometime in the next few years it would be pretty cool to see him grab some of these rare tracks.
With "The meaning of the blues" I don't think the replicating the parts wouldn't be the hardest part. I don't think there's to many guitar tracks on the song. It does have alot of heavy tremolo work so the Tuning could be an issue. But I don't see any of it as deal breakers if he wanted to break it out.
