Will be 40 years exactly since Paul Kossoff died on the plane from New York. I remember hearing the news late at night on Radio Luxembourg and spending the next day in a state of trance. The pain is still there after all these years.

I will be at Joe's concert in Birmingham on Saturday - it would be a great tribute if he was to play Mr. Big again.

I understand that pain as well, we lost Duanne Allman less than a month before his 25th birthday in 1971. I know that you have probably seen all of the live videos, but will post this for others here. Andy is really good here as well. I hope that Joe will do something to commemorate his passing, whatever it is it will be damn good.

When life gives you lemons; don't make lemonade.
Give back the lemons.  Why were the lemons free?  What's wrong with the lemons?
Do Not trust the lemons...

Yeah and I would normally be there. If the Convention had been confirmed before Joe in Birmingham that is where I would be. John Buckton is the ultimate Koss guitarist.
