me, you and the rat race

first off.. had to look to see what other posts geekfreak posted to make sure I wasn't calling this a spam thread.

It's not a 'spammer' tossing in a random post; so not spam per sey

but it certainly should be moved off to other topics as already stated by a few good people

well as I`m unable to move this thread myself but wish to use it. here it is... to the understanding among us. I a diagnosis for many years of having bipolar which as sadly affected me with losing friend, family members and in some cases employment (workmates) which is because of the lack of understand the mental health issues to which. I`m affected by sometimes all I can do is dust myself off and carry on, here hoping I don't lose an one here...one positive in this is the musicians whom I`ve found to guide, spiritual, happiness and an exit from the rat race for a time, which on many a low point Joe has been there.
