Topic: Customer Service Rep Tamara

Joe has surrounded himself with some great staff! I want to send a special thanks out to Tamara for all of the help and her generosity! Now can anyone tell me a little bit about her? Is she like a starbucks kind of woman? I just have to send something!

There have been a number of posts about Tamara over the past few years.  Anyone who has had any kind of contact with her has nothing but glowing remarks about her.  I asked her one time if she every read Joe's forum, she answered no.  I told she should, there are some very nice thing about her.  She just laughed.

The only thing we deserve, is an opportunity.  Everything else has to be earned.

When I emailed her to redeem my tickets from the Tour de Force box set, she got right back to me the same day!  I was really surprised.

Yes, I've had multiple contacts with Tamara while redeeming litho vouchers and meet & greets. First class...always polite, helpful and a pleasure to deal with!
I hope the boss is reading this. She's a great example of how to do it right!

A very big plus one .....
Tamara is the greatest customer sevice rep J/R has ever had....I can't say enough good things about her.     
She truly cares about the customer  A+++++
