Topic: Band for the Spring Tour

Will it be the same as the fall, with Michael Rhodes, Anton Fig, and Reese Wynans ?

I hope so.

I don't personally know, but they are spectacular together.  I just saw them in New Orleans on November 24.  I was really stoked to hear and see Anton Fig in person too.  We did the meet and greet with Joe so you can imagine how excited I was to find they were selling signed drum heads and sticks for 15 and 10 bucks each.  Doug Thornton (horns) was walking around the front of the theater an hour before opening and people didn't even recognize him.  I found out that earlier that day Joe visited a Guitar Center About 8 blocks from my house and where I used to work!  Too cool!

A band like this is hard to find and nearly unbeatable.
Their playing is very smooth.
I love them

I hope so too!

Re: Band for the Spring Tour

I honestly don't see why not, the current band had been brewing for awhile now, starting with The Borderline show and continuing through Muddy Wolf, to present day. With all due respect to former members, this line-up just seems perfect.

I would not be surprised if things change. Either way any show will be awesome

Re: Band for the Spring Tour

From the rumors I've heard I believe it will be the same:
Reese Wynans - keys
Michael Rhodes - bass
Anton Fig - drums
Lee Thornburg - trumpet
Paulie Cerra - sax

with the possibility of some backup singers.

But one never knows until we actually see what happens in the Spring. Stay tuned...same Bonamassa time, same Bonamassa channel (sorry couldn't help myself, the old Batman show jumped into my head wink )

Re: Band for the Spring Tour

That would be cool. I like this Band.
But no need to put in Background singers...  :-)
O.K. Maybe then with Kirk Fletcher also...
