it is lovely building, - and yes as Rick says it is fairly “rickety” - sure she was n’t talking about you there? 
- I sat in the top 3rd tier a while back to see Rival Sons and did wonder then about the state of repair of the roof. - When Joe played there on TourDeForce in my opinion it was dangerously oversold.
