I second that!
Sure hope you feel better soon. If you cancelled a show, we know you must be feeling pretty darn horrible If it's anything like what I've been dealing with, I can totally empathize. Horrible sore throat which has now turned into a congested cough. Makes you feel like utter crap. Keep yourself warm and rested and drink plenty of fluids. Take care of yourself and feel better.
I suggested on his twitter feed that he curls up with a warm guitar, watches a favorite DVD with a tall glass of red wine.
works for me.
Its got to suck to be sick while on the road. Hope you're feeling better real soon Joe.
Feel Better Soon Joe ... +1
... Natasha too!
Joe, just head to Florida a little early. It's in the mid 80's here. Go lay out by the pool, have a few adult beverages and we will have you back on your feet in no time. Can't wait to see you and the band. Get better soon.

Disappointed but understandable.
Looking forward to 20 March come back refreshed Joe
Vitamins and fresh fruit might help.
It's unfortunate that there have been several cancellations of Joe's UK tour dates in the last few years.
I'd be happy with another Scottish date!
I've had that crud for a week! It hangs on like grim death and now it's migrated from head to chest . Hoping Joe's is a minor case.
Rest and fresh fruit Joe.

Ah, I see how this works. After drinking a soup containing 52 cloves of garlic no one will want to come anywhere near you so less chance of catching a cold
Garlic is the sh*t! I've been on it for about 3 years and have had nothing more than a sniffle here and there during flu season.

Interesting ... may I ask? ... how do u consume it? .... daily? ... many cloves or another form? Alone or with recipies?
(always knew garlic had great health attributes ... but up to now ... only used Airborne, Zicam ... and Jack Daniel's ... in my cold prevenative arsenal. )

They make tablets, no stinky breath, all the benefits

That is correct. i take 1 or 2 tablets a day. No complaints about breath that I know of. The kind I take are coated with chlorophyll to help keep things friendly.

Thank u both! ... did some googling this morning ... there's a lot on the subject matter I wasn't aware of ... about the key substances Allicin & Alliin ... and their differences. Interesting.
Joe was certainly back on form for the two shows at Brighton and in his interlude at Saturday’s gig he gave a little tongue in cheek insight into his miraculous recovery.
click here to hear Joe’s appreciation for a shot in the ****
Please excuse the slight overexposure (a bit like Joe’s butt)
