Hi R8.. Surprised no discussion on this..I am also interested in how this performs..having sold all my analog pedals way back to get an Alesis quadraverb GT I thought this was the way forward and then getting a Line 6 pod but in the end went all the way back to analog and really regretted selling my lovely vintage pedals..
I would love this to get you to 95% there and with the feel of the real deal.. Dynamic with volume etc. I for one have spent circa 80% of my time chasing the tone with amps pedals setups etc to then only play half a dozen notes....and then go after another tone..so no actual playing being done...
A nice unit that get you close would be great and give me back space in the house ha ha..this time though I will hang on to the gear...

I've pre-ordered one. I had a pod a few years ago, it was good at what it did. I since sold and built a nice collection of pedals and valve amps. I'm keeping my analogue rig but building a second rig around the Helix...
...chasing tone since 1983.
