Re: 3 Kings Summer Amphitheatre Tour
There are a lot of seats available at many of the venues for any who waited and are worried about getting shut out. I went through a few of the early show venues and only Hyannis seemed sold out
These amphitheater venues are enormous places and most hold anywhere from 8,000 to 15,000. Given that Joe generally plays old theatres that hold about 2500 - 3000, it's not surprising the many of the places on this tour look like have a lot of empty seats. Hyannis and Humphreys are smaller and more in keeping with the crowd capacity Joe usually attracts and these places are sold out. Red Rocks sold out last summer and that is a huge place, but that was also a destination show and there were only 3 cities on that tour. I imagine that a number of people might be waiting till the day of the show to buy their tickets since there are seats still available. So hopefully once it's all done, the crowd will be a nice size.
