Topic: Bonamassa album digibooks

I picked up the DSoB and DTTD digi books during the half off sale and I'm in love. Now I've heard that Dust Bowl and Black Rock were also done in digibook as well but are there any others? I still want to pick up those two but the Dust Bowl seems hard to find.

Now on ebay I see offers for Black rock Digipack, but no real details on it. Is this the Digibook version or is it just a normal digipack, even though I don't see a history of Joe using that type of packaging.

Any help would be great.

You might want to check out some of the European/British sites such as Amazon UK or HMV.  For a while these were only being released across the pond.  I know I bought at least a couple when I was in London. Good luck.

Re: Bonamassa album digibooks

Looked at my BR digibook ...

My digibook ("Limited Edition Deluxe Version" printed in lower right of cover) is from the J&R foreign record label partner Provogue ... back of cd case has both the J&R and Provogue logos. (along with PRD 73052 on the spine ... the record label's item #)
The UPC scan code (think they may call them EAN code in Europe) is:
8 712725 730521

The regular release just has the J&R logo with a UPC scan code of: 8 04879 20232 5 ... with PRAR92023 on the spine.

Just wanted to help with this gobbly gook ... some ebay sellers post the UPC and record label.

I see Amazon uk only has mostly used ones thru private sellers. (ebay's europe sites sellers have some listed.)

Digi-packs I always thought were the card board case (no plastic jewel case.) I don't kno if BR was offered in a cardboard version ...so I am confused by that ebay description as well.  (John Henry was ....as a "Limited Edition" .. with same songs.)

(Wish I had another copy for u.)

Yeah Digipack is the cardboard base. I've never seen JB albums in a digipack. The UPC for the black rock on ebay is for the American version. I checked amazon Europe but I think they only ship locally in uk.

While ur searching ....u may see John Henry in a Digipack (cardboard ... no book) from the Provogue label. Has "Limited Edition" on cover ... same songs as US release.

And Amazon.uk ... and most of the Marketplace sellers (of music) offer shipping to the US ... good luck. I'll keep my eyes open.

Re: Bonamassa album digibooks

I have bought lots of stuff from Amazon UK and had it shipped to the States. There are a few individual sellers that don't ship here but many do, and it also never hurts to ask. I have been ordering all of my Joe B vinyl through Amazon UK and shipping is quite reasonable.
