Topic: Does this give Joe more street cred?

Rumor has it Joe got kicked out of a Colorado hotel for listening to music on his computer, or turning up the volume to high on "The Price is Right", or something.  It's not exactly Ozzy Osbourne or some other rockers tearing up a hotel room, but maybe this gives Joe some wild party cred on TMZ...or not.

The only thing we deserve, is an opportunity.  Everything else has to be earned.

Re: Does this give Joe more street cred?

No

Re: Does this give Joe more street cred?

Couldn't copy the tweet but said he got kicked out of hotel lobby for listening to 3 Kings tracks on his iPhone

Re: Does this give Joe more street cred?

No street cred but maybe tweet cred?

Re: Does this give Joe more street cred?

I didn't see anything in his tweets that said he was in the lobby.. but it would have been around 1am.

But then again.. it would be a 'fun' topic for the Pick Up Radio show..
How I got kicked out of a hotel..

fun fact:
he's in : Mountain Time Zone

Re: Does this give Joe more street cred?

No It doesn't and I left because I refuse to be spoken to in that fashion. I was doing research for the three kings. Apparently someone complained about the music at the most modest volume. I said I would turn it down which I did.  Switched devices, but even then the hired goon decided to give me my final warning. Aka two strikes .. I then became an east coaster again and expressed the two word third strike. I summarily packed my bags and left. Not proud of it but they were wrong and I have a barometer for being bullied especially by over fed young people. I have spent a fortune with this hotel and they know it.  Too bad the rooms for this years Red Rocks gig almost 20 in total got moved today. Funny how it worked out for them.

lol, I think Joe Would be doing something seriously wrong to his fans if he did something that merited credit on a site like TMZ.

The wife and I were at a resort a couple of months ago.  Apparently, while sitting at the pool, I was listening to "Pain and Sorrow" a little loud.  A security guy asked me to turn it down.  I actually turned it off, but he continued on.  Finally I stood up and asked him what his problem was.  At 6' 5", 250 lbs and have been told by people I do not look very friendly, he decided to walk away quickly.  Let me know Joe, I got your back.

+1 on the Billy Joel reference!  I remember when my folks took me to see him when I was a little kid.  I recall saying something to my dad after Joel's comment.  He leaned over and said, "It's OK son...he's right."

Raising hell hey Joe? Just joking I am with you some people just need to complain the jokes on them since they lost all your business. That's their price to pay for giving to much sugar to their help. Cheers Ron

Patty, I don't think the hotel will care, most don't.
See how the Hilton's spend money on TMZ?

Now it'd be interesting spreading the word to all those going to the Red Rocks this year, not to use that hotel.
