If presale started today how can places like vividseats be offering really good rows for cheap? Is it worth buy from them, I can get better seats through them then the Axs pre-sale site.

Scalpers rule the presales unless you are lucky. I see about a 40% markup. Easy money.

That makes sense. Looking at tickets to the Red Rocks show and can pick up row 13 for like $150 where as Axs is row 28 for about the same price.

FWIW, I used Vividseats to get good seats for the recently announced Rush tour. I had presale access and all of the VIP seats were gone at ALL of the venues when I logged-in an hour after tickets went on sale.
Paid a 50% premium for 12th row tickets...
