Topic: Hamburg, March 8th

A weekend off duty - chance to go to Hamburg and see JB again. What a lovely future. Just booked tix, flights and Hotel. Who'll be there of the loyal JB-Family?

Re: Hamburg, March 8th

Last time we met in NYC and this time . . . Hamburg!
Let me know if you need a cityguide. I love to show you my beautiful Hamburg.

Re: Hamburg, March 8th

Hallo Bonapostle / M. I really thought and hoped we'll meet in your homecity. We got to see us before the concert. Call me by using reporter[at]gmx.ch. Greetings from snowy Zurich.

Re: Hamburg, March 8th

3 more days. I can't wait to be there. See you soon, Bonapostle.

Thanks, Blues Sissi. We really had a fantastic evening. Sad it's all over now. But there's always a next time. And thank you Bonapostle for your lovely local assistance. It's great to be far away from home and still be surrounded by friends. A true Bonamassa-family. Anybody who could help me with a setlist from the Hamburg-concert?

Re: Hamburg, March 8th

Someone posted a photo on facebook of the setlist for a German show, not sure if it was Hamburg, but it had "Don't Burn Down That Bridge" on it. Did Joe play this? If so, that is really cool!

Hey Baby
Oh Beautiful
Never Give All Your Heart
Hidden Charms
Living On The Moon
Trouble Town
Double Trouble
Gave Up Everything For You
Yonders Wall
One Less Cross To Bear
Don't Burn Down That Bridge
All Night Boogie
Love Ain't A Love Song
Sloe Gin
John Henry
All Aboard
So, What Would I Do

Yeah, that was a fine Sunday. Great meeting you again, Oetzi. Hope to see you again soon.

If "Don't Burn Down That Bridge" is on the setlist than it's the right one - Joe played it in Hamburg!

Re: Hamburg, March 8th

Thank you for the setlist, nmagcorn and Bonapostle! I finally can finish the records in my book of concerts.

Re: Hamburg, March 8th

Anja Jaworowski has done a few videos from Hamburg. The "Look Over Yonders Wall" is quite interesting. After Joe's solo near the end, Lee Thornburg is doing some really jazzy kinds of stuff on a trumpet solo. Love hearing how the songs evolve and change with each tour and this current lineup with horns really lends itself to some fascinating changes.

Re: Hamburg, March 8th

Walking around in Hamburg I saw a lot of JB-posters in the last weeks saying "DANKE HAMBURG" (THANK YOU HAMBURG).
That's very funny to me - usually you see posters before a show - mmh . . .
