If I am not mistaken in the almost 8 years I have been on the forum every album,DVD and live performance has had "reviews"by forum members here.I would bet if you looked through the posts on those topics there would be a few comments about this song or that which somebody wasn't fond of.So I don't see what the big deal is about posting a review here.
Obviously if done with ill intent or berating is a different story.
Come on all recordings sold to the public have reviews. If they don't that's actually not a good thing for the artist.
Please tell me this is not going to be a problem here .

Thank you, Gary!

Personally I enjoy reviews (good or bad) because I like to compare the opinions to how I feel about things.

LIVE MUSIC IS BEST

Although we're talking about celebrities who seem invincible in alot of ways, and to a certain extent humanly detached as media images, they're people too and rating them, whether carefully or carelessly, can be a dangerous game.

Well said. In particular, I think negative terms are disrespectful for the reasons you state, and it belies the subjective nature of it. "Cheesy" and "boring" aren't universal, witness by SILT being one of the CDs I like the best. (I love Lie #1 :-)

SILT is one of my favorite albums, also.

No offense taken here...except you called The Great Flood too slow/long, lol.
Listen to the version from RAH #1...absolutely riveting!

"Rock ON & Keep the Faith"

Re: Review of ALL Joe's Studio Songs and Albums

"Anesthetic", "Asylum", and "Straight Jacket" all 3 in 1 Love Song.
What more can be said about love yikes

Only way to "Travelin South" is with some Moonshine in those Guitar Engines wink
This song felt like the Dukes of Hazzard.

You mean you didn't give "The River" 100 out of 10?  Oops, did I add an extra zero?
Must be drunk on that moonshine.

"Holy Toledo"  -  Bill King   "Just Win Baby" - Al Davis  "The Autumn Wind" - Steve Sabol

Thanks for the support! For those of you that disagree with this topic, I do respect your opinions even though I don't fully agree with some of them, agree to disagree.
