Topic: Keeley Psi Fuzz

Super cool new pedal out from Robert Keeley -
Its based on a Big Muff, but has an op-amp plus germanium output transistors for a cool hybrid sort of deal. And awesome graphics + dual LED -

Its got a pretty cool vintage fuzz tone - more mids than a typical BMP, but has more of the vintage warmth and gain like a Triangle or Rams Head. The tone knob is really interactive too, with the gain (labeled "Cream") set back and the tone knob up a little, you can almost get Fuzz Face tones too.  The Keeley people are awesome, so if any of you are in the market for something like this, definitely check it out!

Hey Ron! I haven't been gigging much lately, at least not with original music - right now I play with a function band called SoulFront and have just been promoting my original stuff online. But I'm hoping to get another original band going, and will keep you posted with any gigs down in this area.

Thanks for asking! Still be seeing you at NAMM? I'm working with McCaffrey Audio and we'll be sharing a booth with Toneville Amps, although I'm not sure of the number..

I haven't been before but I have an uncle in Texas who actually has been trying to get me to come down and play some, so I've been talking about that with him. When are they?

I might be going to the Summer NAMM too in Nashville, but not positive yet

Cool! I'd love to get to Nashville, and maybe try to take a side trip to Memphis.

I've been working on getting a new band together so that will be good, and will definitely get down to TX to play. Lately I had taken time to work on another album and the video demos, some of my old band members had moved so I took some time to refocus energies. But back to it soon!
