Topic: Maximum Bonamassa Weekend on SiriusXM Bluesville

Husband came home and told me some exciting news.  SiriusXM Bluesville is going to play one Bonamassa song every hour this weekend.  They will also broadcast a Bonamassa concert.  When I check Bluesville online, this is all I could find in writing:

Maximum Bonamassa Weekend
Fri Dec 12 12:00 pm ET
An exclusive live, full band, performance by Joe Bonamassa from the SiriusXM studios in Washington DC, which begins with an interview with Joe conducted by our own Tony Colter.

I'm addicted.

That's so cool.  Think Cathy was talking about this the other day.  Way to go Joe.  Love  Joe on the Radio.

Heard Joe reading a spot for this, this morning.  Guess I'll be spending time in my car this weekend smile

Heard most of the interview this morning coming to work as well as several songs.  It looks like he started with Oh Beautiful and worked his way through the current setlist.  It sounded really good,  intimate even.
Last night I heard B. B.  talking about the upcoming Joe weekend and he called the new album Deeper Shades Of Blue,  whoops!

I've listened to it a couple of times, next replay is 6pm eastern.  Like it a lot.  You can sign up for a free 30 day trial and listen to it online - that's what I did.  It's the electric set without sloe gin, john henry and mountain time.

My bro-in-law's band was playing in Fells Point (Baltimore) last night. He has Sirius radio, so I went to the car for the show:) Many people I talked to had been listening on their way into town and were raving. smile I am still stunned by the quality of the studio set. WOW! Perfect segues too. And who doesn't enjoy getting the inside on the various songs??!
Really enjoyed it and I'm sure it's helped to keep you at the top of the I-tunes chart smile

Joe, if you see this, please consider selling this a an EP! Maybe even as a fundraiser for Keeping the Blues Alive smile
