Topic: NAGD

After deciding to buy a new pickup system for my Maton rather than buying a new guitar....I went and bought a new guitar. My local tech let me borrow this to check out the AP5 Pro system to see if it was what I wanted. Well I took it home and before I knew it I had bonded with it. It sounds great but the biggest selling point was just how easy it is to play. I've always had to fight my old Maton and had just got it in my head that acoustics had to be beaten into submission but this is a world view changer. smile

It's not as dark as the photos seem to show. Stoked. smile

Re: NAGD

Congrats Jay...Can't go wrong with a Tommy E sig model.  Comfier size than a dreadnought too.

Look forward to some clips.

BTW - I used to have to 'fight' my Maton ECW80C in the early days too, but then took it to a good tech and he did a great setup on it which made it a delight to play.

Re: NAGD

Thanks lads. I had her setup with 12's yesterday and it sounds fantastic. I'm trying to get the action as low as possible simply for ease of playing but my tech wants me to take it slowly and just lower it a bit at a time rather than all at once. I'm impatient but I'll follow his advice. I'm gigging it this weekend so will report back after that.
