Most likely this broker does not have these tickets. They are speculating they will. If they don't get front row, they will offer substitutes at a lower price. Your typical ticket broker gets his or her tickets the same way you do. They're just better at it.

you are correct, links have not been updated for spring '15 presales. Most are through ticketmaster though, so you can start there. Tell me which non ticketmaster show you are interested in, if any.

Another pre-sale CF in the making. 15 minute wait on T'master for Chicago and the Milwaukee links are not working. Tickets.com is telling me that Milwaukee tix go on sale tomorrow. ARGH!

Still nothing for Rockford, IL. I even tried calling the box office and the person I spoke to had no idea about the show.
Best that I was able to see for Chicago Theatre was 7 row.

I am so pissed off! I just spent the last 20 minutes trying to get the site up and working and then finally had to call customer service only to find out that all center section seats are sold out. WTF?! How the hell does this happen? What's the point of a pre-sale for the "fans" if we can't get the better seats when we do everything correctly? This is Sacramento for crying out loud. Not really the huge fan base like L.A. or Chicago or any other metro area. Quite frankly I've had it. I will give it one more shot when regular tickets are available and if I'm not satisfied with the seating then, I'll wash my hands of the whole process and resign myself to watching the DVD's from now on. It's a sad state of affairs when you're willing to pay the price (it is Joe after all) and are left feeling that you don't rate good enough to get premium seating. Sorry Joe but I'm done.

Why don't we eliminate all the warning labels and let things sort themselves out?

In Portland, I don't understand how when the Best Tickets button is selected, at 10:00AM, the Best I could find is Row O for 8 seats?? System Not Working For Fans that have been supporting since 2001.

Guido, I understand your frustration. I struck out on both Chicago shows. But, it's in my opinion that Joe has absolutely no control over what is made available by the venue. I know that part of the contract is to have a fan club presale making some of the "best seats in the house" available in all price ranges. From what I've read and have experienced is that venues are scalping their own tickets. Not Joe's fault. He can't stop that part of the business.

Closest show for spring was Chicago and no luck except for way back.  I will wait and see in a few weeks what is out there.  No worries,  I will see him three times this year so just may have to wait until next fall for new show.   Just hate that he has to use ticketmaster to sell his shows.

I brain cramped and forgot all about the presale until 11:20. 15th Row Center for Phoenix. Better than I had feared when I realized I messed up.

We are in for Vegas. Huge pileup and massive frustration for seats but I hung in with two windows open and I got center front first row mez for Sat and right side mez box for Fri, then went to the aid of a pal and got her floor row 4 left section. Really no bad seats at the Palms.  Seeya there.
