So, Joe has this insane stalker on twitter. I won't give up the handle but it's not hard to find, she also viciously goes after Sandi Thom. Not sure if he or possible twittermods of his are aware, - wouldn't it be possible (for Joe/mods/Sandi) to block this person from tweeting to them? I mean, it's pretty harmful/psycho stuff which I wouldn't want to be confronted with every time they tweet out something new.
Twitter has a very odd way of handling how they block users. I have her blocked as well, but yet she can still send tweets away to my user ID, I just no longer get notifications about it. She is indeed crazy.

Sadly once you start on Facebook or Twitter, you open your little world to the whole world - literally!
Personally I wouldn't give this oddball the oxygen of publicity on this forum.
Not a user of Twitter so can't comment on what has been said.
I sympathise but don't think you can ever completely stop this sort of thing.
