Red Rocks Roll Call (Page 3 of 3)

Ken and I will be flying in from Orlando on Saturday.  We're spending the rest of Saturday with a friend who lives in Evergreen.  We look forward to seeing a lot of you on Sunday.  I can't wait.

Plans are for a tailgate party for the clan in Upper South parking lot which is the largest and has ADA parking. A pole with ribbons or a banner will mark the site where we will gather a couple of hours before the show. It's looking to be a very large group. BonaRedRocks facebook group where the plans have been hatching has over a hundred members from this forum and other facebook fangroups.  Bring your own stuff and join the throng. Will Call opens for tickets at 4:30 PM the day of the show ONLY. Locals recommend a jacket and warm dress on hand since temps are dipping into the upper 40's once the sun sets at the ampitheater. 
See you there! We have a flight tomorrow am and will join the takeover of the Quality Inn at Golden.

Joe after seeing Natasha's videos and hearing how Patty got a hug, I imagine you will be wound up and put on another epic and stellar performance.  Thanks for always going that extra mile to keep us entertained and the world guessing.

We are here. Quality Inn where most are staying is kind of hard to find. From the airport, after you go through Denver and get to  US6W, take the Union/Simms exit. Stay right and turn left on the first street you can off Simms, which is a frontage road that parallels the freeway. Turn right just past the Lone Star Steak House. The hotel is down in a hollow with another one. Avoid the 3rd floor if you can. the first room they gave us was 317 and the HVAC unit must have been right above it on the roof. Serious thrumming noise. We're now on the 2nd floor and it is nice and quiet.
Seeya soon. We're off tomorrow to check out RR and do some touristy stuff.
