Topic: Joe's Best Slow Blues?

For me it would have to be Joe's rendition of "Chains and Things" from Tour De Force. Gets me every time!

Unless Sloe Gin would be considered slow blues

I still like the early version of If Heartaches Were Nickels from the ANDY DVD performance at Ft. Wayne best, which was a lot less "slow."

Regardless, I'll jump on the Reconsider Baby bandwagon too.

Re: Joe's Best Slow Blues?

I love every slow blues that has been mentioned so far and Midnight Blues also deserves an honourable mention. But I think I have to add my vote to Xavier - Chains and Things on TDF is really something else.

I consider this to be one of the best slow Blueses and guitar sounds ever brought on stage.

Re: Joe's Best Slow Blues?

Absolutely Chains and Things ( with horns!)

I'm addicted.

Driving Towards The Daylight
I love this song and the lights painted the perfect mood at the concert.
