Topic: Experience Hendrix Fall Tour announced

Southwest and Western swing. Pretty much the same awesome lineup as the Spring tour. Tickets go on sale over the next 10 days or so.

I saw that show in NH this past spring, and it was fantastic. It was over 3 hours of simply amazing guitar. I was guitar drunk by the end, despite drinking only water. :) I will go see that show every time it's available. I highly recommend it.

I took my oldest son, who is my current avatar photo. That was his first concert, and I was afraid I'd ruined him for other concerts, since he'd have such high expectations. So I followed it up with Jason Bonham's Zeppelin Experience, Joe in Providence, and just this past weekend we saw Jon Butcher.

Keep raising him right!  My son cut his concert teeth on Pink Floyd (post Roger unfortunately) and Blue Oyster Cult. Unfortunately he was diverted by hip hop and Dave Matthews.  At least Dave introduced him to Gary Clark Jr ("The best song Ive ever heard in concert, dad", referring to Watchtower) so there is still hope!

Oh and another quote from when he was about 8 "Jimi Hendrix really was god, wasn't he!".

Got front row tix for San Diego!
