Thanks for posting that...Love that Black Burst!
Your welcome! Huge thank you to Joe for tweeting it! Joe, you certainly know how to make me happy, Thank you, Thank you!!
Here are some others from last night:
Happier Times http://youtu.be/-elgaxALBLI Fantastic version and I was able to get such a good capture of it. Gosh I love being in the front row
Oh Beautiful http://youtu.be/l5_Mdvq3KQ0
Who's Been Talking http://youtu.be/Nlyj5os0vd4
Slow Train http://youtu.be/9vLaeHMyJLE Being played on that new Epiphone they are selling at the shows
I would love first row....I got 5th row for Youngstown, and was so happy to get those....could only imagine what first row would be like.
My son was on the website, all signed in and waiting for when tickets went on sale at 10:00 am....and 5th row was best we could do.
It was so great finally meeting you Spider! Nice to see you doing your duty as official Bonamassa seat filler Wonderful to meet Tom as well as bigbroseph92 and his wife (sorry I am so bad with remembering names, you'll have to remind me again what they are). We had such a great time tonight. I am so glad we ended up going to this show. We had a total surprise when they directed us to our seats. We ended up being in the front row even though I swear when I bought them they were second row. It was so freakin' cool. Thanks Joe for coming up close to the front of the stage when playing your solos You know that totally makes our night. Had a great time chatting with Mats and Gerry before the show. They said they've been encouraging Joe to do more on his solo before Black Lung Heartache. So I want to thank them for that. Love that bit of slide work Joe does on that. We were able to say Hi to Carmine while we were sitting outside in the beautiful weather. And also had a nice time talking with JoeBeacon. Joe himself walked by at one point wondering where the nearest coffee place was, so we told him where the Starbucks was. Of course others didn't notice since he was being Clark Kent at the time During the acoustic set I noticed that Joe had on Superman socks! Thought that was the coolest thing! I'll post a photo at some point. The show itself was fantastic. You could tell Joe was all pumped up what with having his parents there as well as Roy and his friend Rick. He was just wailing on his solos. The "Blues Deluxe" on that Black Burst was unfreakin' believable!! Also so glad to get a great capture of "Happier Times" It sounds so good and I love Derek's little tease of "No Quarter" he throws in there. The whole night would have been perfect if not for some idiot who stood up and wouldn't shut up during Joe's quiet solo on "John Henry" Joe tried to shush him twice, then finally said "SHUT UP!" at him. The guy totally ruined the flow of the solo and you could tell Joe was pissed. I swear Joe cranked it up to 11 right after because he was irritated and to shut the guy up. What the hell is wrong with people?! Why can't they just STFU??!! Well, I hope it didn't ruin the show for Joe, because we thought it was wonderful. Tal threw drumsticks to both Phil and me and out at the bus I got a great hug and kiss from Tal as well. Love that guy We talked with Roy W for a little bit and told him how psyched we were for the Wyoming & Colorado shows. When I told him we got front row for both Cheyenne and Vail he gave me a high five. That was cool I think he's looking forward to those shows as much as we are!

Was glad we finally ran into both of you at the end of the night! I tried to spot you guys in the lobby during the intermission and did not see you ..worked out in the end to meet up tho. Our names are Brian & Jenna. I will do my best to remember yours as well. The meet & greet was so cool and Joe couldn't be any nicer. I was able to have him sign my Vintage Guitar mag and a few photos. Jenna had Joe sign her "I'm with the band" shirt. We met Carmine outside just before the show started and we snapped a few photos with him too. He too is a very nice guy and he chatted with us for a bit. You were both there when Tal signed Jenna's shirt and we were able to shake hands with Lenny as well. What a cool night all the way around for us to be able to meet almost the entire band ..all super cool guys. I thought the performance was absolutely amazing ..all except that guy you mentioned. I thought Joe took out his frustration on his guitar immediately after he rolled the volume back up during that solo. He definitely seemed to be making a statement there. What a blast the whole night was. We even sat just a few seats down from Joe's parents in the same row. I'm sure we will meet up again as I plan to go to many more shows. Best to you both!

Awesome review Natasha!! Sounds like it was a great show and i'm glad you guys had such a great time! I bet Joe was super pumped to have his parents there, especially since today is mothers day and all. There is always that one person in the crowd that won't shut up during the silent parts of the solos! I can't stand those people! But the show must go on I guess. Can't wait to see you guys at Red Rocks!
Another wonderful evening! So glad to see Spider again and meeting Natasha and Phil! And meeting up with Rocket's cousin Billy and wife Melissa. A shame that Rocket and Marci couldn't make it this time.
A couple of minor peeves to share:
- The boorish idiots who make catcalls during portions of the performance when Joe turns it down. I know that the management has no control over this and those of us who attend his shows will continue to have to live with it. But really? After Joe shushed them a couple of times and even said "shut up!" they continued to do it.
- The raking of the crowd with the 1,000,000 candle power face melters. This may be loved by a crowd at a millenial rave event flying on ecstasy air but Joe's shows tend to be patronized by those aged 40+. Three shows in a row I would look around during this and everyone was squinting, sheilding their eyes or had them closed. Nobody was enjoying that.

I felt so bad for Joe during John Henry. People were so rude during his quiet solo part. It made me kind of sick to my stomach to witness it. Really thought for a moment Joe was going to completely stop playing and I wouldn't have blamed him. But, professional that he is, he powered through and when the the crescendo came, I believe cranked it up beyond even 11 to drown the people out. Felt especially awful considering his parents and Roy were at the show.

There is little love for Joe among the local muso's it appears. Joe told the local reviewer to stuff it the last time he played there after a flame review. He got the same again more or less. It is a long standing thing in his home area. If I were him I'd never play there again.

Very likely planned plants intent on disruption in this case. If anyone of any of you ever has NOT cast a shadow of a doubt on either Kennedy or the Martin Luther King assassinations "as originally explained," ok, you are free to doubt this conspiracy hypothesis as well...

Natasha, I can't stop watching that Blues Deluxe!!! Outstanding!!! Love to hear Phil's audio... (I cannot use Dime)
