Topic: Anyone seen/heard of SIMO?

I saw this band SIMO at mountain jam earlier this summer, their energy was through the roof. Super awesome heavy hitting blues/rock. Anyone else gotten to see them? if not i highly recommend these guys. Sorta got that cream/hendrix vibe, good stuff.

Never seen them live, but they're awesome.  JD Simo is the real deal!

I saw him before he moved to Nashville in about 2004 doing the KWS/JoeB blues rock thing. He was good. I had him booked in June with SIMO but the show was canceled for unknown reasons. I'm smart enough to know the reason but it went unsaid. I should be mad but I'm not. I hope to see him in the future.

Zeyer, that clip is great, hadn't seen that before. Both of them are rippin. Id love to see them again, kinda caught them by surprise. But doesn't look like they are doing much touring right now. O well, i will just have to scavenge any youtube clips i can for now.

where do you book jim? just curious

Click my website link. I am a small independent promoter. I use various venues in Oklahoma City and Tulsa depending on the act. I had SIMO in a small blues club,  on a routed gig on his way to a festival in Phoenix. He canceled his final week of gigs with the agent he no longer uses.

This guy is unreal...he is old school and plays with his Plexi on 10. He'd be top of the list to see in the UK for me. What a killer band he has too.
