I will be in Manchester. They are playing Pornograffitti in full - that is a must see. Nuno is a guitarists guitarist. Can't wait.

That will be very cool. Only 2 German dates but both too far from me. Here's hoping they could add a couple more. I only saw  them 1 time in London and they were great.

Excellent band live. First saw them live in 1993 supporting Bon Jovi at the Aladdin in Las Vegas - I can still see the hundreds of lighters in the audience smile

Ill try to get there as well. I love Pornograffiti and Nuno is a BEAST.

It'll be good to see him letting rip on his own material again instead of the 7 or 8 30 second solos he is bashing out as Rhianna's stage guitarist.

There's 2 on this clip, but be warned, this demonstrates what an AWFUL singer Rhianna actually is.

Hugely underrated band.  This thread made me listen again to III Sides to Every Story ... my favourite Extreme album.  I have very fond memories of playing this CD over and over whilst sunning myself on a beach in Lefkas.

lol it wasn't THAT kind of beach!  But actually it's that track in particular that reminds me of sunny skies, blue seas with gently crashing waves .... Need to go listen again to Pornograffiti and Get the Funk Out of here.

is Nuno no longer playing with Rihanna? Perhaps a shame that the band were not really given the recognition they deserved so Nuno and Gary went off on some (perhaps) more commercially motivated ventures than musical ones. sad
