Well, if I'm the only one going, I've got dibs on front & center!

Man, I wish I was going to be there!  I just missed my connection and will not be able to make it.

Plenty of good seafood and Mexican fare in Santa Barbara, right across the street to out on the pier ($$$).  Parking one block and a half away in a city lot if anyone is wondering.  Bet the sunshining there is awesome today, nice peaceful, easy, so real sunset later, then chilly perhaps, not unusual this time of year.  Enjoy, stay warm!  Still a charming city.  And same for the theatre, "so I have heard!"

Sorry about the problems, Dan.  That came on fast.  Hoping for solutions and good things for you.

Wasn't meant to be, same here.  I will put out a different request to Rick, then, to please be sure to capture "Athens To Athens", if it is played, even if he has to get the audio only by hiding his video camera a bunch.  It's been a kind of Athens To Athens day and,...sigh. 

My future plans are calling for a UFO trip to the Pac NW when Joe might decide to schedule there...To the future, and Behind!  I mean Beyond!

Hot damn!!! I feel good feeling bad!  Thank you! That's some road trip you & Helen are on! FUN one.  Got any more exported Calistoga H2O?  Been near forever since I had some.  Solvang is a great stopover, too. Peaceful place.  Livin' it up. 

It will be a great show tonight, no worries, have more FUN.

Talked to the venue manager. She was adamant no photos. I explained Joe's policy and she said they would have to see. I walked out back, summoned Eric and explained the issue and he said he'd take care of it. Best I could do. Fingers crossed.

No hassle at all. I got all but the Mountain Time encore when the last bit my last battery gave out Shot from ground zero thanks to Skamokawa. Joe was extra good tonight. He seemed fresher and the show was perfection. Lindy Lu came down and sat next to me when the two dudes at dead center got up and left in the middle of the acoustic set. I guess they were expecting hip hop? She shot a ton of vids too.
A great hang with the BonaSpuds preshow and after. Crowd was great and the venue was beautiful.
Headed down the home stretch as is our guitar hero.
Tal handed Lindy Lu a stick and shook our hands, Joe smiled and tossed me a golden pick. Priceless memories.
