I'd check around at all the tab sites online- but (as I always tell people 
) you should try to figure it out yourself- what it'll do for your playing and ear is amazing...

Very true kwsjb.... Train your ear by learning the old fashioned way and you'll see the benefit in years to come.....and with CD you don't wreck the record by lifting up the needle and scratching the vinyl when you keep on repeating the phrase you can't quite get right.

Do you use a phrase sampler? Any you would recommend? Or, do you just transcribe directly from the recording?

I basically just transcribe directly from the recording... i have used this program called Amazing Slow Downer when im working on something like Dream Theater or anything thats really fast and mushed up it works really well for that- its free but it only works on the first 2 songs on a cd (unless you pay $50)- but if you get a cd-rw you can write whatever songs you want to use on it and then erase the disc after youre done and put the next song on... the great thing about it is you can eq the song so you can hear the guitar way out front and you can loop a certain part of the song over and over- makes it much easier to figure out something you cant really hear perfectly in the recording at full speed...

I have the same demand , and i begun to work on the chords of this song alone because i couldn't find any tab , or any help for this song .So i hope i can give you what i found quickly .

look at the guitar tab i made for this tune : I don't live anywhere , i 'm not sure but for me it sounds pretty good , i didn't put the rythm , you can just feel it , and the name of the chords are perhaps not really good .
