This Friday is the releaseparty in Wuppertal and the CD is available there. I go. The official release-date wordwide is postponed to November 29 th.
First review: 5 stars! Haven't heard it yet but will let you know after Friday.
Maybe we see us on Friday ... haven't decided yet whether I'll be in Wetter to see Josh Smith or in Wuppertal to see Henrik and catch the new record.

Hey Ho!!!!
Is Henrik pitting out a cd every year like someone else was doing? Not that I am complaining!
Here are some audio samples from Night train to Budapest:

There's also vinyl available with a download link :-)
This is the first time I have heard of Henrik. Really like what I hear. Listening to "Still Frame Replay" on Spotify at the moment after checking out the samples of Night Train to Budapest. Will have to get hold of both I think!!!
Don't think you'll be stopping there either, once you're hooked - check out the House In The Woods and Recorded By... albums too as well as the Show #47 DVD.
Not sure if you're a UK member, but if you are, there are a handful of UK shows/festivals for February into March (Manchester, Norwich & Doncaster) as well as festival appearances in June (Durham & Cleethorpes)
Yea Lukelele. If you like Joe Henrik is a natural. He has several outstanding discs as Banshee has pointed out.Being in the States U have not had a chance to see him live.Hopefully someday.
Last Friday the CD release party was a huge succes. Live at Barmen is a great location, old classic Romanlike building, big stairs, marmor pilars etc, sold out 750 plus, great crowd and great music from the master and band himself. I got the CD and vinyl Night Train To Budapest , they were sold at the merch. Next week available worldwide. Review will follow on www.bluesmagazine.nl soon. There is a lot of work to do: The interview and CD review from Sandi Thom, with Virgil and the Accelerators, show review Timo Gross ......but very busy at work too. next week 2 days off and more time.....Busy but o.k.!

Looking forward to the review of HF as well as the others!
The concert @ Live Club in Wuppertal Barmen was great but very loud !!! I had earplugs and I'm glad my ears are not ringing any more. Martin Meinschäfer is a good producer but definitely not my favourite sound man.
André, what about a review of Layla Zoe's album The Lily?
Layla Zoe: Lead & Backing Vocals & Lyrics
Henrik: Music & Guitar & Bass & Drums & Backing Vocals & Producer
Mr Mo (Moritz Fuhrhop): Hammond
Martin Meinschäfer: recorded, mixed, mastered
If you like the bluesy side of Henrik ... give it a listen ...
I already reviewed The Lily 2 months ago. And a great CD it is! Martin wasn't the soundman in Wuppertal. Don't remember the name of the soundman.

Aynsley Lister's "Soundman" was written for some reason.
