I just want to take a moment to thank Rocket out in Scam Diego. Rocket, your humor and verbage are always a delight even when I am the butt of the joke!!! Thank you for making life silly and fun and I hope Joe realizes the zany fun we have here.

Funny Ha Ha? or Funny in a strange kind of way? His humor has that Dennis Miller kind twist where you better know current events or have some kind of clue where he is going with it because even I get lost sometimes and I have current events and half a clue about most current and past Joe B references.

Both. I started to post the Joe Pesci scene from Goodfellows but the language is atrocius, you know the how am I funny thing? you are a trip rocketman, site wouldn't be the same without ya.

The fun of Rocket is deciphering his posts. It's like trying to do a crossword puzzle or something similar. Keeps the brain working. I don't know how many times Phil has asked me, "what is he saying here?" and I have to translate for him. Almost like learning another language.

Jim said funny as in strange... well,one of the strangest things in my experience is... when you actually get the chance to meet him... he's really kinda loveably normal!

Yes, Dion does have his moments and many Bonamoments as well. First time we met physically I was hovering around the Paramount Theater in Oakland when I see this pony tailed dude wearing an A's cap on the sidewalk. I rolled down the window and yelled Rocket as there was NO doubt in my mind. You're all correct, obscure perception of current events is baffling, but I always get it. What can I say, sick minds think alike!!!

Above Funny .... he is one of the nicest guys i have ever truly met and forget about his meandering posts he is very learned, intellectual and wickedly witty
i have been on 4 or so road trips with him and we laughed hard together at stupid stuff and cut each other up with sarcasm thru London Vienna and NYC and all over New York State including a pilgramge to Utica ... its been a pleasure to meet this unique individual who is so lovable and adorns this forum with his out of the box thinking since he had short hair
