From past experiences, start checking ticketmaster or whoever the main ticket seller is now, several times a day. Often times I have gotten great seats at the last minute when the venue releases the artist hold tickets, ect.
Worth a shot.

Yes Ron, the Blues Bar at the Wyndham Hotel across from the theater is the meet-up place pre and post show.

I had to call J&R to get my confirmation emailed to me, but mine was not from a Litho so I had to talk to Scott who dealt with the youtube contest. You really might want to make a phone call and talk to Tamara.

A big thanks shout out to Sherry for making the arrangements for the pre-and post- show meet-ups for Bonafans, at the Wyndham Hotel downtown, 1260 Euclid Ave.
The hotel is setting up a VIP space for us in the main lobby just outside the Blue Bar. It will be ready at 5:00. If everyone can make it, we anticipate up to 30 people!
WARNING: Frankie Valle is also appearing in the second theater in Theater Square and the hotel is completely booked and the restaurant reservations are bulging, so if you want food/dinner, either come early to allow for probable lengthy delays in service, or grab something elsewhere earlier in the afternoon. But they are trying to get us a dedicated cocktail server.

Well I talked to Erik at J&R about the status of my own M&G. Erik advised that my request was not part of the information that was provided to him when he picked up for Andrew. I suspect that may be the case for others here too. Erick said the only M&G people he has on his list are those who he has worked with in regard to this show. He was very nice about it and apologetic. Very disappointing! It would be nice to know if everyone who followed the 'old' process of e-mailing Andrew never made it to the 'new' list. Did I say disappointing!
