Topic: Marshall jcm800 4104 50w combo vertical input g12-65s

Hi fellow gear geeks. I'm reluctantly considering selling my 1984 jcm 800 combo. Has the vertical inputs and the better g12-65 speakers. Gorgeous amp but doesn't really get played now - too loud for the gigs I play! Just wondering if it's something people round here would dig before I offer it to the world at large. First amp bought about 20 years ago so want it to go to a good home. If anyone is interested in a serious discussion about it do let me know. I'm in south west london 'burbs. Cheers.

Joe - I really think between the jubilees, van weelden, carol Ann's and dumbles you are leaving a a big hole in the sonic space you are trying to fill. I have it on good authority that a classic JMP based 800 would fill it perfectly. Are you sure you don't want it? :-)
