Just got home after seeing Dana's gigs at The Robin2, Bilston and The Borderline, London. WOW!!! What an experience. I've been a fan for a while but seeing Dana live was mind blowing, so much energy, passion and feeling, really brought out the goosebumps!

Great moment for me last night, Dana was saying how good it was to be in England then said '...and I know there's some people here from Scotland' I gave a big cheer, Dana came over shook my hand and (in her finest Scottish accent) said 'Aberdeen!'

I'll be keeping a look out for future gigs. Dana's keen to come to Scotland, hopefully some promoters will bring her up here. If not then I'll be travelling to England or Holland or wherever!

Between Dana and Jo, you won't have time for much else. There are male singers out there you know But don't forget Samantha Fish. Her new album is ace.

I go and see male singers too! You're right about Samantha Fish, brilliant album!

Samantha Fish's 'new album is ace'. So true. Blows here debut effort out of the water. Only the 1 track I can't get on with and that is Last September, otherwise 'Ace'. Most impressive.

I was at the Borderline show also. Wow. I've been ill since, so lazy with the posting of a review. What a show. At the best venue London has to offer in my opinion. I was fortunate to be standing right up at the stage. Took 4 hours though, but well worth it. Got my CD's signed afterwards. Such a lovely person and what a singer! I been in state of awe since seeing her. I think it was the best show i been to this year. I can't wait til the next time, and just hope it isn't too far off in the future.

Dana Fuchs was at the Chesapeake Bay Blues Festival. First time for us seeing her. Enjoyed her set. She reminds me a lot of Beth in certain aspects of her singing and her stage presence. Poor woman, though has had so much loss in her life recently, yet it appears she's overcoming it and rejoicing in the new life she will soon be bringing into the world. Wish her the best with it all.
