The Hampton Beach tickets will be released at a later date TBA due to some technical errors within the venue's system. We are trying to work out this issue as I type this message. I thank you for your patience and will try to get this date active as soon as possible.

Maybe she is confusing Friday for the public versus Thursday to the fan club? That it?

We are for sure launching the presale tomorrow at 10am. The representative at the box office may have been confused, but the venue management knows that we are releasing presale tickets tomorrow and public sale on Friday.

ok so I am in the system at exactly 10 am and ALLL of the Gold 1 and 2 sections say sold. So what is up with that? Last time I go to the casino ballroom. Clearly something is going on with holding seats. I am not surprised. Joe is above this place anyway. This place was here 40 yrs ago when I use to play here.
I totally agree. I was on the second 10AM hit. I saw almost all of the gold seats open. I went to click on them, and every damn one went grey, gone. This has left a really bad taste in my mouth. Obviously someone is able to buy up blocks of seats. Really sad for us fans.

I too was on at 10am sharp, after searching for where to insert the presale code, I got in and it looked like all the section 1 - 3 tickets were gone, only side table seats (total crap) showed as available.
I logged out, swore at the damn scalpers who must've swarmed in and gotten every seat, then decided to try again, only this time I let the system select the seats, it's now about 10:10am and by some miracle the system gets me gold section row BB seats.
I got the confirmation, rubbed my eyes and looked again to make sure I hadn't gone delusional.
This is not the first time I've had something like this happen on ticketmaster.
Thing I don't understand is why Joe is playing this venue, which is really pretty crappy. How come no Boston date? He's played the Wang the last two years and the Hanover Theatre in Worcester the year before, both are terrific venues. Maybe he'll add a date for Bost/Worcester later?
Good for you Tom. I didn't dare log out for fear I'd lose what seats I could still see as available. My wife and I were hoping to celebrate our 20th with really nice seats up front. I guess seeing/hearing Joe from a distance is better than not at all...

Some place called Ticket Trail has Gold Section 2 tix - $355 each.
I apologize if I missed that this brought up as there a few threads with discussion about this. I am wondering if there may be a possibility of a PBS thing? back in Spring of '11 when we were doing presale for Baltimore, there was a similar issue, no seats before row 11 or something (not that bad really but with at least a dozen of us reporting just here and trying everything in our power....) and best we could figure was it was due to PBS. As it followed later from my recollection, some reported their PBS seats were right up front for some shows and some reported they weren't for other shows. I don't know if it is a factor here but it could be?
And sometimes a venue will work with PBS more than another I think. Not sure but I understand though how frustrating it is.I saw this on a fan group over on facebook. not sure I understand how XXX (I am XXXout the name cause I don't know who it is and if they would want their name posted?) was able to assist this other fan but he did manage to get front row? I think just another computer/IP friend helping a friend I gather.

I tried myself a little while ago just out of curiosity because sometimes its a matter of people having seats on hold then they don't get purchased and can be had later but no luck, best was gold 2 row mm or something.
That (XXX)fan was me. I had volunteered to help him when tickets were supposed to go on sale a few days ago. Just a Joe Bonamassa die hard fan trying to help another die hard fan get good seats before they were bought up and put on Stubhub. I, for some reason have decent luck with getting tickets. My fiancé calls me a ticket wizard. My dad calls me a ticket fiend. In reality I think that I'm just fairly quick and sometimes lucky.

Well I have a different problem now. I wanted a specific section and after I selected them, it switched to only letting the system select seats. I didn't like the selection and would request other seats. After a few times, I am now blocked out entirely from Ticketmaster. I called them and asked what is going on. They said it was because I didn't purchase the selection they gave me and now my IP address is blocked for 24 hours. You cannot order by phone at Ticketmaster because the fan code is only good for internet sales. EGADS! So now I have to wait till tomorrow and hope I can get some decent seats.
Regarding the comments about the Casino Ballroom, I agree it is a crappy venue...but two years ago we saw Joe there and it was an intimate setting as opposed to the Wang and we had a great time.
With a lot of work I was able to get Gold 2 which is where I like to sit. The Casino has members who get early access so I wonder if that is part of the problem. It was definitely work and luck combined that I got decent seats. Probably easier on general on sale but who knows. I personally like the Casino Ballroom.

Haha Deal! Just as long as I don't have any tickets to get for myself, I'll help anyone. (Obviously it's about trust too, he paid me but wanted the hard copy tickets. So, I have to wait for them to come in and I'll express mail them out. It's a very minor inconvenience to help out a fellow Joe fan. Happy to do it) It's sad but it's one way to stop the scalpers. Have to form a Bona Army and beat these guys to the good seats.

I hear ya Ron same thing for me! When I first went on I selected to pick my own seats. I found third row center but when I selected them a message appeared that since the site was so busy you could only use best available!! Amazing though how stubhub already has a bunch of AA and BB seats available. I did manage to beat the system a little by trying to get single seats. I ended up with AA1 and BB1-not ideal for my wife and I but then again not bad.
