What a BonaBummer! Finally tried calling the Wyndham today and no rooms available for a single night of Nov 2nd! Yeah, we can get a room with a minimum two night stay but that's not in our plans. I guess there's a Doubletree not too far away but still, it won't be the center of action.
Well Sally 12333 and my wife worked out some logistics today for the November 2nd Cleveland BonaBlast. The Blues Bar (how appropriate) at the Wyndham has a room on the side that she was able to reserve for the pre show gathering and they also serve food off the restaurant menu in there so we should be all set for pre show drinks and food for any who would like to.
Sally 12333 .... as we get closer to the big day we can probably try and nail down some specifics for the ever growing crew!

According to Google Maps it is 0.9 miles by car from the Double Tree on Lakeside to the Playhouse Square / State Theater area. If you walked it would be shorter than that.

Thanks to everyone for getting things set up for all of us. Thanks for the hotel info. So many are sold out, we changed our hotel to the Hilton Garden Inn because it's a closer walk then the first one I had picked. Not many days left now!!

My wife and I are coming in from Lebanon, Ohio near Cincinnati. Row C, center stage seats 210 & 211.
How did you get invited to a meet and greet and is there a way for us to get invited as well. My brother got a back stage pass last year in Cincinnati for the after concert meet.

No, and I just emailed J&R about it yesterday. Hope to hear back soon. Really need those confirmation letters just in case your name is left off the list.

I just emailed them as well....should have something by now ???
I initially sent notes back in late September(26th) and early Oct (2nd)
I think they usually inform M&G requesters no sooner than 2 weeks before the show, so we may have another 7-10 day wait to hear... ugh.
Still haven't heard anything about M&G. In the spring, we got our confirmation email a month before the scheduled show. Don't want to bug them again, but hate waiting and wondering.
phew, finally got the email confirmation from Scott of our M&G and tickets. Had to get it from him rather than Tamara since mine was from a video contest not litho. Looks like the M&G are now at 5:30 not 4:30. I questioned him about it and he said it is a change for this new tour and will probably remain permanent. Thought that was kind of interesting.
