Topic: Insanity reigns during the Pre-sale!

Did everything as I was supposed to do, logged on at 10am for the presale in Indianapolis. Entered the code.  Only wanted 2 tickets.  Choose the seats.  Received an "oops!  someone else beat you to them, try again"....this happened 5 times.  And I saw that the selection was growing ever smaller by the second.  Finally got to select 2 seats on the main floor.  As I was checking out on the LiveNation site, I kept getting a "Working", "Working", "Working".......and on and on and on, until finally about 5 minutes later, received an error message that "my order was not processed, please return and try again".  Well, now I'm getting just a little bit upset.  So, went back to the site....and of course nothing on the main floor is available now.  Tried getting other seats and basically had the exact same problems all over again....I gave up.

I mean, come on, for real?  Didn't anyone see this coming?  With Joe's exploding popularity, is this a big surprise?  Obviously, LiveNation was not prepared for this amount of traffic on their servers.

Was hoping to see Joe at the beautiful Murat Theater, but now I'm bummed.

I can't even access ticketmaster right now. Looks like it might have crashed 403 forbidden error pops up

I have problems all the time with the ticket websites. I use the app for my iPhone. It's usually good to me. Scored front row in Peoria and Main Floor 5 row B in Nashville.

Not an uncommon result. There were huge pileups at many venues with similar results to yours. Nashville was insane and most had to settle for balcony seats that I heard of.
Better luck next time. J&R have no control over the TM or LN sites. Sometimes it is better to take what is offered on the fly as best available. I was trying to help out some pals by tag teaming multiple sites and scored fab pit seats for Davenport and nosebleed option in Nashville which I let pass since they got better.

Sure, I understand that J&R has no "control" over the TM or LN sites, but Joe and J&R should certainly have some influence over their performance if he is going to allow them to sell his tickets, and also should provide feedback to them regarding the difficulties that his fans are having in purchasing.

i had a similar thing happen, i was going to purchase 3 tickets in the orchestra pit, front row, as close to the stage as you can get, i was on precisly at 10am and someone beat me by a few seconds, i had the seats selected, and when i clicked purchase, it gave me the message that someone else had bought them

All went well in OKC there are still good seats coming up. I have checked several times. At 10am 4th row and 15 minutes later 1st row. Anybody wants to come for a visit here let me know I can advise on what there is to do in town.

Natasha, that happens when you try for a long time - say 30 min. or so - to get tickets and keep rejecting what's offered. You're then cutoff for about 24 hours then you can try again. You can go to a different location (different server) and gain access if you need to. I have had this happen to me about 4or 5 times and have checked into it.

Thanks for the info Lee. I have been booted out smile It happened after I kept trying over and over for Nashville. It kept turning up balcony seats and then one time it would do the floor, so I knew the floor was still there. It wouldn't give you a seating map where you could just pick for yourself. Phil just tried from work and got some. Not the best seats, but I don't think his client will care.

Balcony sect 12 row B seats 1 and 2 at Nashville. I'm ok with that. Anything on the floor under the balcony is a limited site and sound experience to me.

I'm really very surprised that Joe is even going to be there. It is not known as a mecca for great artists to stop and play there...

Hey Vino Man you have a great handle too!
Yeah, I can't get over some of these places Joe is playing either but I guess you have to spread the BonaGospel even in places like Fargo & Abilene.
I will see if I can get tickets tonight. I plan to invite our BonaVirgin friends that still live in Abilene to join us. :-)

I agree Nashville sight sucked.  I could only get single seats so opted to do Lexington KY show instead.  Got 3rd row floor even though I was an hour late for the presale.   I think LIveNation and Ticket master suck.  But that is not Joe's fault.  I have tried calling tickets in and end up on a loop with that too.  Just hard now that Joe is so popular
