Defense, Special Teams, hell, even Brandon Weeden pitched in tonight. Ridin' in 1st place alone for the first time since 2001!!! Next test vs. Detroit in the Dawg Pound a week from Sunday. Waiting impatiently to hear what happened to Brian Hoyer. Pretty cheap shot by Alonzo and surprised there wasn't a flag thrown. Cleveland got even knocking Manuel outta the game a little later. Who let the Dawgs out????

that was a cheap shot and definitely looked like "targeting". and yet no flag but he will probably be fined anyway for helmet to helmet.

Hopefully he recovers completely to try again next season. Well what can ya do, when a QB takes off running it triggers a shark feeding frenzy! Sadly Hoyer was giving himself up going into his slide, but Manuel was trying to gain all he could and paid for it, but only for 4 weeks. Good hit, bad hit, or indifferent, it's part of the game.

9:56 PM.....Halftime! Don't apologize to the Cat for anything in this game so far G Dawg, all Raiders in the first half! This late start isn't the A's fault, but more fallout from MLB commissioner Bud "The Boob" Selig draggin' his a$$ on making a decision to let the A's move to the South Bay. The Oakland Coliseum is the only duel purpose stadium left in the NFL/MLB. Raiders owner Mark Davis is reported to be inquiring about a sight in the former Concord Naval Weapons Station adjacent to the North Concord BART station which is the attraction to this possible stadium site. Concord Raiders??? Well maybe East Bay Raiders??? Granted this was reported by KTVU in Oakland, the station that reported the Sum Ting Wong story. Gotta love the media!

WAS@DAL - The only way my Skins can win this on current form is 1. if they concede way under 50 points and 2. if Romo saves them with a miracle #### up late in a close game, but I don't see either of those happening.
IND@SD - I'm never picking  Sandy Eggo again. Ever.
