Fleetwood Mac - TONIGHT - I know I've already mentioned this, but I only just found out that it looks very likely Christine Mcvie maybe joining them tonight for a track! How cool is that? Can only hope and wait and see wink

That's a real bummer you haven't seen Joe this Fall, Pete. You'll have a good time at Beth, though. Looking forward to the vids.

We are seeing Matt Schofield tomorrow in D.C.

Hi, sorry for delay. First and foremost Christine McVie didn't join the gang on stage the night I went, but did the other 2 London dates. Most disappointing in that respect. Would of been great to see the Classic 70's line-up even just for one song. However that aside, they were amazing. Was my second time catching Fleetwood Mac (saw them in 2009) and they have been formidable on both occasions, I wouldn't hesitate in giving the concert a 10/10* (* being minus the 1 mark for no Christine McVie). They each sounded great in their respective fields, Stevie is a amazing live singer, & Lindsey is a real treat on the guitar. I certainly prefer Electric based guitar playing, but he is the best acoustic guitarist I've had the pleasure to see perform live.

Here is the setlist comprising some 23 tracks:

Second Hand News
The Chain
Dreams
Sad Angel
Rhiannon
Not That Funny
Tusk
Sisters of the Moon
Sara
Big Love
Landslide
Never Going Back Again
Without You
Gypsy
Eyes of the World
Gold Dust Woman
I'm So Afraid
Stand Back
Go Your Own Way

World Turning [including Drum Solo]
Don't Stop

Silver Springs
Say Goodbye

For me the highlights of the evening where Landslide, Sara, I'm So Afraid & Silver Springs.

So if you ever get the chance to go see them live, don't hesitate when considering about going. Just do it.

Excellent! Looking forward to some awesome videos smile!

Re: My Next Concert (s)

I recently bought their live in concert dvd "The Dance" and that has restarted a new obsession with them! I have a new respect for Lindsey Buckingham, seeing him perform Big Love on the dvd gave me chills, I can't imagine it live! Thanks for the review, it is definitely on my bucket list to see them all together! It's a shame Christie didn't join in, the band truly is complete with her in it!
