Been listening to it for over a week now. It really kills...love it. One of the albums of the year.
My favourite track...I think...is Part of Me.
Here is a little version they have just released.

Fantastic album, not a bad song on it. I'm unable to pick a favourite so far.
Been listening nonstop since it came out.
"Do I Look Worried" is my favorite track, thought it's excellent through and through. Other standouts for me include "Made Up Mind," "Idle Wind," and "The Storm"
I guess I should buy it. I sampled the tracks and nothing just grabbed me although I would see them live in a second. The first album had just a few tracks I liked. Some albums take a few listens I know so I'll give it a chance. I like the band enough to give it the time it may need.
For what it's worth, I like it a lot better than Revelator. I thought that was a good album, but a little too laid back and not enough standout tracks. Made Up Mind gels a lot better as an album. A couple of heavier tracks (Whisky Legs, The Storm), some nice acoustic stuff (Idle Wild), some great soul (Part of Me, Do I look Worried)... really a good mix of tunes and overall it just has a bit more edge. I don't think it's one of those "once a decade" albums where every single track is stellar, but overall it's very good and there's enough great on it that it's one of my favorites of the year.
I've had Made Up Mind since the release in the UK and loving it too - although I still prefer Revelator at the moment. Mrs W has also gone mad on it and plays Do I Look Worried several times in a row at high volume on the kitchen hi-fi. When I reminded her that TTB are playing the London Bluesfest at the RAH on the 29th October but that we wouldn't be able to go as she has a minor op for keyhole surgery on her knee the week before, she immediately changed the appointment to early November. The only problem was that there weren't any good seats left to buy as I'd had to pass up the chance of buying some when they went on sale due to the op. Only seats up in the nosebleeds were left.
I waited patiently in the hope that some decent tickets would appear on the RAH website eventually (just as they did for Joe's March show) and my patience was rewaded on Monday when I picked up four front row stalls tickets for me, Mrs W, Pete and Roger. Can't wait to see TTB again with Susan's voice and stage presence and Derek's spine tingling playing. His unique style and sound really does send a shiver through me.

I prefer Revelator too, but Made Up Mind has some killer tracks, "Made Up Mind" "Do I Look Worried" "Misunderstood" "Whiskey Legs" among others

That is great Phil! Patience is a virtue. Love TTB, Susan and Derek are super people...
Very good album - seeing them at The Beacon twice later this month.
Another great album......A+++++
Another fantastic album. They're so very cool live. If you have the opportunity to see them live, go! You won't be disappointed!
