Re: Tribut Apparel orders and service

Okay, so this is really crazy, we received our order, my shirt was correct and Phil's turned out to be a women's med. instead of men's so it doesn't fit at all. I was going to email them when we got back from NY, and while we were gone another package arrived with three shirts, this time they are all the correct sizes. So now we have 6 shirts: 3 women's street team, 1 men's street team and two Rock vs blues. Looks like the Tribut people are a little confused. Will email them and let them know we have extras.

Ya think? You better send those mistakes back, they know where you live!

I called them and they said to keep them and give them away as gifts but because two are women's sizes S & M and as Cathy said they do run small, I didn't think I'd know anybody who would wear them. So they are going to send me something to mail them back. At least that way they can resell them.

Re: Tribut Apparel orders and service

update on my order of street team shirts.  I was on vacation last week and right before I left I emailed J & R again that I had not received the shirts that I ordered and paid for on 08/02/13.  About mid week I got an email from Tamara at J&R that they had shipped.  They were at my office when I came back to work yesterday.

I liked the shirts and the two free ones we got as well that promote Tribut but do no plan to order anymore shirts from Tribut.   The folks at Joe's store are much more prompt. I was never really given a good reason other than the free shirts were a hold up.  I think they should have sent me the two street team shirts first and then the free ones. Live and Learn.

Re: Tribut Apparel orders and service

Ok...so I sent an e-mail Aug. 27th to the help@tributapparel.com email address.  Asking for an updated status, and included my order confirmation details (from Aug 9th).

Still no response!!!  I never got any sort of shipping confirmation after the Aug. 9th order confirm, either.

Who do I call or e-mail now, to escalate?  Sorry if I missed that info posted earlier, somewhere in this topic.

Re: Tribut Apparel orders and service

Jane you beat me to it. I was going to give the same phone number. I called it to get my duplicate order straightened out and the woman I talked to instantly knew who I was, she had just seen my email that morning. She was very helpful.

Re: Tribut Apparel orders and service

Thanks...I'm sure they'll work it out.  I used the help@ address because that's what I found at "contact us", but no phone number, that I remember.  Maybe I didn't dig enough.

And I did consider a simple reply to the order confirmation at info@ address, but wondered if that channel was the right one.

(Note to whoever is paying attention, to this thread, besides the faithful...if anyone.  Bad idea to provide an email address as a contact point, that says "help", unless someone is actively monitoring and helping...dismounting that soapbox.  I do that sort of consulting for a living, Roy (and Joe)...so here's a freebie about customer service that sucks more often than you should like.

For what my time's been worth, so far, the bill would be mounting up well past the cost of my shirt.  And continued loyalty to tribut is in question, as indicated, in this thread/topic.  The loving Joe thing hasn't changed, but a bad reflection is what it is.)

@ Jane and newly bonametal Natasha, thanks again, and appreciate the update on "where to, next" experiences.  Obviously, still a few kinks in what is essentially a "start-up" venture.  We'll help make sure things are ironed out, won't we?  LOL

At any rate, I would have washed my street team shirt at least 3 or 4 times, by now, if I had it.  So this way, it's got less wear and tear, when I do get it.  And no Chicago show I need to wear it to, soon.  But wear it I will, eventually, and proudly.

The phone number on Tribut is to J& R office in Florida.  So just call them.  That is what I did and finally got my shirts

Re: Tribut Apparel orders and service

Since tribut already got paid, via PayPal, on August 9th, I went hardcore, and opened a dispute there.  Fix it, or give me back my money.

Reminds me of the Skynyrd song "Gimme Back My Bullets", for no particular reason....  But I ain't foolin' around, comes to mind, from those lyrics.

Re: Tribut Apparel orders and service

Dispute opened, shipping confirmation received.

Close dispute when my shirt shows up.

Simple, but not....

I ordered some stuff back in February/March (tshirts to take to the England shows) - I had to email after a couple of weeks since I had heard nothing.  Got an email back in a timely fashion, and did receive the shirts before I left, but it was close.  I would love to see a system where you get an email saying that your order has shipped.  I also agree that the email newsletters from them are approaching spam status.  Once a week would be more than enough.

Sandy

I find I get a ton of emails as well but can't seem to find the option to opt out. Can anyone please help he out?

Just scroll all the way to the bottom and there is a unsubscribe link. I know they are long emails but it's down there.

Re: Tribut Apparel orders and service

Got my street team shirt.  The print on it is thicker than the t-shirt material.  (To echo prior posts.)

Can you say "see through" under the right light?

First, and only, tribut order from me.  At least I can pay the charge, since I got what I ordered....finally.

Woof.
