Topic: Low Winter Sun on AMC (television)

Wow!  Pretty blown away by the first episode.  So dark and intense.  And it's only been one episode.  Another bonus is that it is set and filmed in Detroit.  No need to fake the envirnment.  It's real.  Any one else who likes cop and crime dramas watching?

Re: Low Winter Sun on AMC (television)

It starts this Friday in the UK. I've already got my Sky box set to record it, I've been looking forward to it since seeing a trailer a few weeks ago.

Re: Low Winter Sun on AMC (television)

Not sure the premise (we know who did it from the show's opening moments, the only question now is: Will they get away with it?) is going to fly, but I thought it was well-written and the acting had its moments...
