Re: My Next Concert (s)

I think this is the first time I've posted on this thread, which is a bit of a surprise.

I shall be seeing Bonnie Raitt on the opening night of her UK tour on Sunday, 9th June in my local town. This will be the first time I've seen Bonnie and I'm looking forward to hearing her smooth as honey voice, her slide guitar tone that any guitarist would sell their soul for and some of the most beautifully constructed songs of any blues artist. Can't wait. smile

She is also on Jools Holland tonight Phil. BBC2 at 10pm.

Re: My Next Concert (s)

So she is:

"Iconic US blueswoman and 10-time-Grammy award winner Bonnie Raitt returns with songs from her illustrious 19th studio album Slipstream, her first following a seven-year hiatus from the spotlight."

Thanks for letting me know, Kenny. wink
