Topic: Thoughts and prayers for all affected by the Oklahoma tornado

A terrible day in Moore, Oklahoma and the surrounding area.  Thoughts and prayers going out to all affected.  I hope all our OK bona-buds and families are safe tonight!   Thinking in particular about Jim M.

Well said. Jim is ok, I saw his post on f/b. Not so ok for those devastated folks in Moore. A terrible disaster and that line of storms is still active. Stay safe all you folks in the midwest tornado belt.

Re: Thoughts and prayers for all affected by the Oklahoma tornado

Thoughts and prayers go out to the victims and families. Once got a bit too close to one in Key Large, scary indeed, the thought of a 2 mile tornado on the ground for so long doesn't bear thinking about.

Prayers to all affected.

Stay Safe!

Watching the shocking aftermath on the office TV now and I can't imagine what it must have been like - scary beyond words. My thoughts and prayers are with our friends from OK.

Horrible news from Oklahoma.   Just lifting them up with prayers. Just do not have words.

Better news today, the death toll appears to be less than they feared yesterday.

A small blessing amidst the horror. Words fail when it comes to stuff like this. Best wishes to all affected by this freak of nature.

Jim M was all I could think of last night watching the coverage, knew he was somewhere close to it. You know it's bad when you get prayers from the Pope and the Queen of England. Reminds me a lot of the devastation here just a little over 2 years ago at Hackleburg, except a much wider path. very sad to see it, had to turn it off this morning, getting sick to the stomach. Thoughts and prayers are with them for recovery and healing.

Thanks for all the thoughts and prayers. We live in a very large metroplex. I am 20 miles North and Colin my son is 10 Miles south. We both were unaffected. My oldest son who also lives far North however has 5 families that lost everything that work in his office. We are getting some things together for them. The outpouring of support from across the world is much appreciated.

Glad to see you post up Jim! You & Colin were the first ones I thought of when the reports hit the news. If you haven't seen on FB, Devon Allman is spearheading a donation drive @ several clubs and other locations around StL. Stay safe, I hear there's more nasty weather lurking.

I donated for the relief effort to the Red Cross. Keep those folks in your thoughts and prayers. We have a lot of BonBuds in Texas and they are under tornado warnings all across North Texas today.

Just found out that my employer is matching all employee donations dollar for dollar.  Very proud of Pioneer for this.  Will be writing as big a check and I can.

My son's employer has set up a PayPal donation link if you would like to help 5 specific families that lost everything. One family in Shawnee that was hit on Sunday and 4 families hit yesterday. The company is covering their hotel expenses but they have lost everything. They need to replace clothing and furniture.
