Topic: Hello I am Donna

Hello to all the bonafolks.  I am a new member.  AS all of you I am crazy about Joe. I only discovered him about 2 and half years ago on PBS  watched the program every time they played it.  But no one I knew, knew any thing about this guy.  That did not last very long. With the help from DEB Hebert.  I joined JBXP and found out there that if I got 50 people to join I could get a M&G so........ it took me about 2 months........I got that meet and greet. With the help from a few of the members over there. I was lacking in points Rick Beck and others took mercy on me and gave me some of their points. When I found this out I cried like a baby with joy.  I had make a large photo grouping  of  pictures of Joe (pictures taken by other not me) for his dads new guitar shop.  Ended talking to Robert he said to send it. I had the great idea that perhaps JOE would deliver the package. Robert said ok send it via JOE and so I did send it via Joe. I took it to the M&G JOE said he would be seeing his dad in about 3 days and would be glad to delivery the photo to him this was about 3ft x 3ft box I was sending. Later Robert send me a picture of my picture hanging next to the register.  I also had made a 7 inch Native American doll that I wanted Sandi to have.  At the M&G JOE took it out of the box and looked at it an said it was so nice and he would also give it to Sandi.  I think this is probably my 5 minutes of fame.  How wonderful that 5 minutes was and still is in my memories.  To all of you bonacrazy people thank you for having this forum and reading my post.  Just another Silly girl crazy over JOE!

Hay Sandy,  Welcome.  So great you have had all those wonderful experiences.  I have only known of Joe and his music for just a little over a year, but what a difference it has made in my life.

So great that you went out and got creative and enthusiastic to reach out to Joe and were so rewarded for that risk and effort.

Nothing ventured, nothing gained.      You will find the folks on this Forum very helpful and kind, I sure have.

Welcome,  Tahoe Jo

So Sorry about getting your name wrong Donna,    I do get lost and a little overwhelmed in this, my first ever Forum.

There are So Many generous people here.  Especially RickB, am not surprised that he helped chip in to get you your Meet& Greet.

RickB recently helped get equipment to put music on our 4-H horses.  The horses are on Joe's Street team too.

I am so glad that your authentic and heartfelt gift received such a place of honor.

Friendly and knowledgeable people here.  I have learned so much I can't begin to tell you!

Welcome Again!!
