Topic: Let It Be...Naked

Been sampling this disc and am a little awed.  I didn't know the album's original concept was to recapture the live band in the studio sound.  Paul supervised the original tapings and came up with this stellar album.  This will be my next purchase for sure.

Didn't realize this was done ten years ago.  Paul pretty much deleted all the crap Phil Spector put in and in its place offers a band still in command of the music scene in the late Sixties.

1st Stills is a great album......."Old times good times" with Jimi Hendrix...and "Go back home" with Eric Clapton are priceless...

And so castles made of sand melts into the sea, eventually.........

Since it's release, I've always been inclined to play Let It Be...Naked over the original Let It Be release. It is a great treasure and we are fortunate it saw the light of day.
