Topic: Gospel. Can you dig it?

I don't listen to gospel often, but when life gets overwhelming it's comforting to my tired ears.  I have to admit "What a Friend We Have In Jesus" is my favorite.  I have quite a few versions and love them all.  I also have the same for "Amazing Grace".

A good friend of my Mother passed away monday of the same disease my wife had.  Unfortunately she wasn't strong enough to receive a transplant.  She was one tough lady and her memory will live on in her family and friends.

Whilst I am in no way religious (well not in in th human race idea of religion). I do enjoy a bit of gospel. Some of Arethas gospel is on another level and their was gospel choir in Orlando that could take you to another world.

i like the light gospel and individual old style gospel, there are some haunting songs and stories within this even less listened to genre than blues
