Topic: Reccommendation for Joe

"Another Kind of Love" and "Walk In My Shadows" shouldnt be played in the same set.  Even though the lyrics are different and slightly different musically, just way to similar to play them both in the same set.

Just my reaction, Kyle

I would love to hear Dirt In My Pocket in the set. Would be interesting to hear how he would do it though.

I'm going to see Joe in Seattle and Portland. Hope he opens with River and closes with Dirt In My Pocket and plays the entire Blues Deluxe album in between.

Welcome to the Board.

I too am excited about the West Coast swing for the Band. It has been way too long since they played Oregon. I think the BB King tour in 2005 was the last time. At that tour, we were only blessed with (3) tunes.

I am going to catch the Grants Pass show on the 21st. I have sent the press kit to the Oregonian A & E, as well as the Medford paper to try and get a write-up for him.

Enjoy the back to back shows.

Shoot me an email sometime.

I'd have to say i agree with you. I had learnt how to play the walk in my shadows on the guitar and it didnt take to long to work out Another Kind of Love from it.
