Topic: Indy Show

I agree with Tony B.

The band has a great sound, looked great on stage together and really seemed to gel.

I really liked the song arrangements, we all know Joe is fast, but just as outstanding to me was Joey B's cord selections

Never heard cords used that way, it gave his bluesier songs a feel about them that reached into the soul, you know.

Everyone was really moved by his performance.  Joe and his band's sound filled down town Indianapolis.  Great sound man.  Theres just something about outside concerts.

Hey Teknicolor,
Read your post and just wanted to say thanks.  Glad you had a great time and loved your mention of "reaching into your soul"  that is a great definition of Joe's musical gift.  And I agree outdoor concerts have a "special life" all their own.

Re: Indy Show

Rocket, not sure on crowd size, but Joey B stop them all in there tracks when he hit the stage.

Wonder if anyone got a recording?

It's a day I will never forget.
