Zak missed last night due to tendon problems.  Dont miss them if they are coming near you. Outstanding show. Except for gray hair and intact guitars and amps at the end of the show, it could have been the 70s.

Who filled in? I saw them in '73 when Moon OD'd right off his stool and they drug a kid from the audience up to fill in.

They are also playing the 02 Arena on the 16th June. With Vintage Trouble as support for European tour.

Re: THE WHO - Quardrphenia 2013

It seems I'm always posting in "My Next Concert" thread but haven't had much time to post about the actual concerts! I've seen some great shows so far this year so I thought I would finally try to get caught up! The Who put on a great show at the KFC Yum Center if February, I had seen The Who when I was a teenager in 1981, at that age I definitely did not have the appreciation for the show that I do now. Really glad I got the 2nd chance smile

We had seen Daltrey open for Eric Clapton in 2010 and I didn't think his vocals were up to par for that show maybe it was the venue or just a bad night?  They were much better for this show, there were a few times they sounded strained but over all they were fantastic. The highlight of the show for me was Love, Reign O'er Me, it was perfect and actually brought a few tears. That appreciation for the live performance that I didn't have 32 years prior and I realization that this I may never get a chance to see this performed live again. I found a fairly decent video from the show on youtube and attaching the link. Enjoy smile
